You must be aged 21 or above to register and use Pakacuci. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
Each player may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Pakacuci reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withold associated balances pending a compliance review.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expiry windows, maximum bet limits, and game contribution rates. Bonus abuse — including matched betting via multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported methods include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and major bank transfers. KYC verification must be completed before large withdrawals are processed.

Fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal referal.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Pakacuci ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atpakacuci.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Pakacuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction. Documents submitted for KYC are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Pakacuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and USDT TRC20. All Real Funds transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Pakacuci reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice. Deposits made via e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are subject to the wallet provider's own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timeframes:
These timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, scheduled bank maintenance, or pending KYC verification. Pakacuci shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable limits; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Pakacuci does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by Pakacuci are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 15× on a MYR 100 bonus means a total of MYR 1,500 must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established.
While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is MYR 250 per round or spin, unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds remain in your Account balance may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10–20%; video poker and certain other games may contribute 0%. Game contribution rates for specific promotions are detailed in the promotion terms.
All bonuses have an expiry date from the date of credit. Unless specified otherwise, the standard expiry window is 30 calendar days. Bonuses and any associated winnings not claimed or wagered through within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your Account balance.
Pakacuci actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using professional matched-betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players to meet wagering requirements. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently excluded from future promotions or from the Platform entirely.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to Pakacuci's acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation reference. Pakacuci reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where live data was unavailable, and bets placed on eroneous odds.
In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or any other Platform content — including prices that are clearly incorrect relative to true market prices — Pakacuci reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the respective Accounts. No liability will be accepted for winings arising from palpable errors.
Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and all other sporting events, are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type. In-play wagers are subject to delay and rejection as market prices update. Pakacuci's trading decisions on all sports betting matters are final.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, sic bo, blackjack, and dragon tiger, are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. The Platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the relevant betting window has closed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referal to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Pakacuci brand name, logo, website design, text, images, graphics, software, and game content — is the property of Pakacuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of Pakacuci. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pakacuci shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising; (c) any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game; or (d) any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pakacuci makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform and that you maintain appropriate security measures on your own systems.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new Account. Pakacuci reserves the right to close any Account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player.
Pakacuci may suspend or restrict your Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement; (b) it is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency; (c) it suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) your Account is subject to an ongoing dispute or investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of any applicable bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement) will be refunded to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC verification. Accounts closed during an active bonus forfeiture review may be subject to additional processing delays.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any acrued obligations shall survive Account termination.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Pakacuci holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
Should you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your experience on Pakacuci — including but not limited to game outcomes, withdrawal processing, or bonus terms — you should first contact our support team. We undertake to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Pakacuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.2above.
